W. James Kernaghan III, Managing Member

James has extensive wireless operator experience and has 10 years of wireless experience starting in the industry with Crown Castle / TEA as a Site Acquisition Specialist. During his wireless telecommunications career he held the position as the Mid-Atlantic Region Manager for American Tower and SpectraSite where he had overall responsibility for all real estate site management operations for 200 tower sites, new business development, tower development, site leasing, and property management.

Currently James is serving as the managing member of On Target Acquisition and Source1Wireless serving Wireless Carriers and Public / Private Vertical real estate owners for all of their wireless needs. He received a BS from Drexel University.
